5. Additional Information

This page provides additional information that exhibitors should know, including security, insurance, and freight handling details. Reviewing these details will help ensure a smoother and safer exhibition experience.

1. Responsibility for Security

COEX provides 24-hour security; however, each exhibitor is responsible for the safety of their exhibits during the exhibition period, including any damage or loss.
Exhibitors must be present at the exhibition hall to verify and hand over items, inspect quantities and conditions, and assist with customs checks when moving exhibits in and out.

2. Insurance

All exhibitors must ensure their exhibits cover any potential incidents from the point of departure to the exhibition’s end and through to their final destination after return.

3. Cargo Return Classification and Disposal Application

For efficient and accurate cargo return processing, each exhibitor should complete the Cargo Return Classification and Disposal Instruction Form provided by the designated freight and customs company and submit it to the respective representative.
