2. Shipping Documents

This page provides details on the necessary documents and instructions for transporting exhibition items.
Shipping documents must be completed in English and specify detailed information about the exhibition, item prices, and the purpose of the items (e.g., for exhibition, for sale). Additionally, when shipping exhibits, relevant documents, and schedules must be provided in advance to the designated shipping company.

2. Guidelines for Preparing Shipping Documents

To ensure smooth handling of exhibition items, each exhibitor and local agent should observe the following points when preparing shipping documents.

① Consignee

EXHIBITOR'S AGENT IN KOREA (IF ANY) OR EXHIBITOR C/O
BOOTH No.___  AND HALL C, AME 2025,
Coex, 513, Yeongdong-daero, GANGNAM-GU, SEOUL, 06164, KOREA

② Notify Party

Designated service company (freight/customs), contact person, and contact information.

③ Destination

Maritime cargo: Busan, Korea
Air cargo: Incheon, Korea
To avoid unnecessary delays and surcharges, list the final destination as “INCHEON, KOREA” instead of "SEOUL, KOREA" on the AWB.

④ Shipping Document

Provide detailed information in English and USD on the item name, quantity, unit price, etc.

⑤ Exhibit Prices on Invoice

Prices should be listed as CIF BUSAN/INCHEON PORT or INCHEON AIRPORT. Even for items labeled as "No Commercial Value," a price must be indicated.

⑥ Note on B/L, Invoice, and Packing List for All Exhibits

Include: “THESE GOODS ARE INTENDED FOR DISPLAY PURPOSE ONLY FOR AME 2025 AT COEX, SEOUL, KOREA DURING JUL. 9 ~ JUL. 11, 2025.”

⑦ Invoices and Packing Lists

Separate entries should be made for returned goods, sold goods, consumables, and giveaway items.

⑧ Document Language

All shipping documents must be completed in English.

⑨ Notification of Shipping Documents and Schedule

Once exhibits are shipped, each exhibitor must fax the shipping documents and schedule to the designated service company.
For exhibits arriving close to the event, shipping documents must be faxed in advance: (Sea Freight: 10 days before arrival / Air Freight: 3 days before arrival).
